Community Funds

The Local Food Economy Lab is working to mobilize funding for local farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and food business owners in our region, particularly those who have historically been denied resources and financing.

As part of our Community Capital strategy, we are seeding a Community Food Fund that will be co-designed and managed by local community leaders in our region.

We are also collaborators on a Healthy Food Financing Partnership for Southern California, and will be supporting food retailers through a new SoCal Impact Food Fund.
